Après avoir été en première ligne pour représenter des domaines viticoles familiaux et biologiques du Languedoc, j’ai choisi de rassembler plusieurs petits domaines familiaux distinctifs, parmi ceux qui expriment le plus authentiquement leur région, afin de faire connaître leurs vins à l’international. En groupe, nous créons une dynamique, un large choix et des avantages logistiques pour nos partenaires. Rien de tout cela ne serait possible sans l’enthousiasme de cette équipe.

De plus, la sommellerie est un pont entre le vin et son plaisir à travers les accords, d’où notre intérêt pour les restaurants, bars à vins et associations épicuriennes qui partagent nos valeurs. Grâce à ses plaisirs simples, mais uniques, le vin nourrit le corps et devient une nourriture pour l’esprit. In 2018, I took a bold leap: moving to Australia with my husband and our three children for an international adventure. After 15 years as a research scientist, I was ready to build something that truly reflected who I am—something meaningful, exciting, and full of purpose. Australia was a breath of fresh air, but one thing surprised me immediately: walking into a bottle shop, I found it hard to choose a good bottle of wine. Labels felt generic, stories were missing, and the soul of the wine—its region, its maker, its journey—was nowhere to be found. Coming from a French family deeply rooted in the wine world, I felt something important was missing. What moves me most about wine is the human connection behind every bottle—the landscape, the seasons, the hands that shape it, and the legacy it carries. I’ve always believed that wine isn’t just a drink—it’s a story waiting to be shared. That deep emotional connection to wine is what inspired me to create Bottli.
